Perhaps you should try & vet the Data instead of insulting Republicans. We have a lot. Is it OK that 106,000 “inactive voters voted”? How about the 556 100-year olds that we are finding many are dead?

Duplicate Voters, People living at Self Storage Units, people voting from abandoned homes & vacant lots. The Voter Rolls are a MESS & the Election System in Maryland is a JOKE!

Brian Jones, for the love of God, man…even you can go online and buy all of Maryland’s inactive voters from the Maryland Board of Elections and vote them via mail-in ballot. There are more than 100k inactive voters on MD’s BOE database that any scam artist can buy for $100 and vote. Doesn’t matter if the inactives are D, R or I. Scam artists or corrupt pols can vote them. This is a nonpartisan, county by county issue because lazy or ill-informed Bds of Elections and their million dollar staff don’t follow federal law, which requires them to clean out every inactive voter who misses two federal elections using signature postcards. After every federal election. Why would anyone with a brain be comfortable with this type of poor governance? Does the legitimacy of your vote mean so little to you?

What planet are you living on? You think if you keep repeating the same lie that no voter fraud occurred in previous elections people will continue to believe it. Sorry people are educating themselves instead of listening to mainstream media people, we have seen the evidence: 106,000 inactive voters voted, 556 100-year olds voted that many are dead, duplicate voters, people living at Self Storage Units, people voting from abandoned homes & vacant lots, and the Voter Rolls are a mess and the Election System in Maryland is broke allowing illegal votes to be counted and not questioned. Disgusting, Maryland citizens are fed up and want changes, so stop peddling lies that there was no evidence.

Maryland has an Office of State Prosecutor, which has had criminal election law violations as a central part of its jurisdiction for decades. https://osp.maryland.gov/organizational-structure/

While official corruption makes up more of its cases, quite a few election law criminal prosecutions have been done. Attached are press releases going back to 2017 https://osp.maryland.gov/press-releases/

Initiating a complaint is not tricky: See https://osp.maryland.gov/file-a-complaint/

While EVIDENCE is needed, their election law cases are taken quite seriously in Maryland.

Unlike other states, the role of the Secretary of State of Maryland in election matters is very, very limited. It includes just:

* Certifying candidates for nomination by a principal political party on the Presidential Primary Ballot

* Serving on the Board of State Canvassers

* Accepting Petitions for Referendum, which are petitions to refer to the voters an act of the General Assembly.
