Why are you running for office? *
For years now, I have served Wicomico County as an advocate for our youth on several local boards. I have been a fighter for the unhoused in our community through the organization I run in the Fenix Youth Project. I have been a champion for civil rights through my work with the Lynch Memorial Task Force, Salisbury Human Rights Advisory Committee, and the Wicomico NAACP. The global pandemic has shown what we have already known for a long time now. Our county government needs new leadership to address the issues that we face. That is why I am proud to announce that I am running for Wicomico County Council in District One. This is just me taking the next step to doing what I’ve been doing already which is listening to the community, collaborating with community leaders and bringing solutions that work for everyone.
