Chris Hyser: Hamas Appeaser
Republican candidate sounds a lot like a far-left radical when it comes to appeasing Hamas
Most Republicans running for Congress are strong advocates of Israel and supporting our allies in their fight against the murderous Hamas regime in the Gaza Strip.
Republican candidate Chris Hyser is not among them.
When asked about how the U.S. should respond to the crisis, Hyser said:
We, as a world power, must be measured. However we must take a firm stance/action against acts of terror, no matter who the perpetrators are. It’s important for countries and leaders to promote peace, dialogue and diplomacy to address the underlying issues and reduce tensions, on both sides. We must broker the long-awaited two-state solution.
Every other Republican, and most of the Democrats, rightfully want the United States to do what it takes to support our friend and ally Israel in their fight against warmongering terrorists.
We discussed at length last week how a two-state solution in Israel will not bring peace.
Hyser, on the other hand, doesn’t even have it in him to condemn Hamas and instead wants to appease terrorists. Hyser sounds more like Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Cori Bush, Rashida Tlaib and the rest of The Squad than he does a Republican.
Chris Hyser has been doing what he can to try to avoid talking about his Muslim faith, even though there is nothing wrong with it. But statements like this where he can’t even be bothered to condemn the savage attacks perpetrated by Hamas is not going to make the concerns about his dodging of the the issue go away for 6th District voters.
The people of the 6th District want somebody strong to do the right thing and support America’s allies against terrorist thugs representing them in Congress. Based on his wishy-washy yellow-bellied statement, it is clear that Chris Hyser is not that guy.
