Brian - this belief is the MAINSTREAM belief in our party. Nothing can change this whether you like it or not. Dan is going to win this primary.

No. It is not a mainstream belief within our party that Hogan ran a shadow government with Andrew Cuomo and the National Governors’ Association which somehow put Biden in power. Literally, the only people who believe this are Dan Cux and the handful of whackjobs who hang onto to his every word. Ever since footage of Cox’s insane tirade has been released publicly, a lot of Republicans I know who were enthusiastic about him have stepped away— some have told me privately they’ve changed their minds and will vote for Kelly.

The purpose of the NGA is for governors to share administrative resources and best practices, and compile information for their official bio entries in encyclopedias. It has little power, meets infrequently, and honestly its more of a social club where little gets done than a policy organization or collaborative effort (a lot like MDGOP conventions.)

I should hope Cox doesn’t win the primary as he will have a really hard time campaigning from his carefully padded cell at Perkins State Mental Hospital, which his gradual but accelerating decline into lunacy indicates he may need to establish his campaign headquarters.

Are you from Ohio or Maryland?

How do you define "a lot"?

Anyone who aligns with the sexist Cuomo is not a friend of mine. You may think it is ok, I don't.

Let's stick to the issues and the future of Maryland.

The blatant hatefulness toward Delegate Cox says significantly more about the gentleman spewing it than it does about Delegate Cox

I’m beginning to believe Brian works for the Kelly Schulz campaign. The hit man. Always anti-Dan and never a pro-Schulz article.

Will Brian accept results and support Dan if and when he wins primary?

No one hates Cox.

Everyone stopped hating him when they figured out he wasn’t a grifter taking advantage of and manipulating Trump, but a bona fide lunatic.

I hope that regardless of the outcome of the primary, Dan Cox gets the mental help he desperately needs.

We devolved to character assassination, sad. I prefer to stick to the issues instead of attacking someone's character.

Its not character assassination. Just the truth. Was Dan not attacking Governor Hogan’s character for the better part of the past two years? Was he not attacking the character of patriots when he told people to report unmasked folks to the police during COVID?

Come on now, Brian, the GOP primary is months away and Dan Cox has already picked up major national support: In January, the Democratic Governors Association spent thousands of dollars on a poll for him, the results of which he and they giddily publicized on AON and the Baltimore Sun, respectively. Of course, a cynic might argue the DGA - which exists solely to elect Democrat governors - would rather invest a few thousand bucks now to help Cox than have to spend millions to lose to Schulz in November.

Once I win the primary it will help all the down ballot republicans as no one will waste money supporting me in the general
