Hollingsworth Continues Bizarre Social Media Presence
Attendance at Bigoted Conference Highlights Candidate's Fringe thoughts
Republican House of Delegates Candidate Shekinah Hollingsworth did not enjoy our piece on her pro-Russia views.
Of course, videos aren’t memes with rap music. But that’s not important right now.
Bizarrely, not once was the KGB mentioned in the piece. Why that was brought up I will leave to your imagination.
None of that stopped Hollingworth from attending the Nick Fuentes conference this weekend, the America First Political Action Conference.
Some of the speakers at the conference include many of the more notable fringe elements of the GOP, including Marorie Taylor Green, Kari Lake, Wendi Rogers, neo-fascist Gavis McInnes, Joe Arpaio, Milo Yiannopoulos, white supremacist Jared Taylor, and others.
At the conference, Hollingsworth’s hero Fuentes calling the U.S. “the Great Satan” seemingly praised Adolf Hitler.
Hollingsworth also (seemingly proudly) led this rag tag group on a parade during the event.
Let’s just say AFPAC was not a gathering of America’s best and brightest.
Hollingsworth was also photographed when 2020 Delaware senate candidate Lauren Witzke.
Witzke recently was quoted as saying:
“I actually support Putin's right to protect his people and always put his people first but also protect their Christian values. I identify more with…Putin's Christian values than I do with Joe Biden's."
Hollingsworth also went out of her way to call the President of Ukraine a “fool” and that America should just leave Ukraine to its fate.
Yes, in Hollingsworth’s mind this guy, leading his country’s troops in battle against an invading enemy, is a “fool.”
Not sure what that makes Hollingsworth.
Either way, NONE of this has anything to do with the House of Delegates. No matter what you think of Hollingsworth radical and fascistic ramblings, she’s running a national-style campaign that is unrelated to local issues in Harford County. Though Hollingsworth’s admiration of Fuentes and Putin shows a serious lack of judgment, we wouldn’t even know about them if her campaign was focused on relevant things instead of living in a QAnon information bubble.
As I said last week, there are three other candidates running in District 34A. Let’s hope Republican voters wisely choose one who does not share Shekinah Hollingsworth’s radically pro-Russia and anti-American views.
