Shedeur Sanders of the University of Colorado assumed he would be a first-round pick. The son of Colorado head coach Deion Sanders, an NFL Hall of Famer himself, Shedeur Sanders convinced himself and everybody in his entourage that he was a talent worthy of being the number one pick.

In the NFL draft. Sanders was not taken at all in the first round of the draft. Or the second round. Or the third round. He’s still on the draft board, available to any team, at the time of this publication.

And yet, Shedeur Sanders easily explains electoral politics? How?
