The second half of the Baltimore Banner poll we discussed yesterday dropped, and it has some bad news for the incumbent and his most prominent challenger.
That Wes Moore is under 50% this far out from the re-election shows serious red flags for a Governor struggling to lead and define who he is. The fact that only 38% affirmatively choose to re-elect Moore is an even bigger red flag.
But the challenger Moore fears most, Larry Hogan, isn’t in much better shape.
